FOR OUR IN SHOP CUSTOMERS:
All in store purchases are a 7 day exchange, it must not be worn or damaged with original tags and you must have your receipt. All clearance sale items and accessories are a final sale. We do not offer refunds for items purchased in shop. Your credit never expires, and can be used at anytime. We ask you keep ahold of your credit that is given to you at the time of your return. It is treated just like cash.
FOR OUR ONLINE CUSTOMERS:)
Items have a 14 day return from the time your package arrives. The item must not be worn or damaged to be eligible for a return. It must have original tags and receipts. We do not replace worn items. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to an item once it has left our shop and has been worn, washed, etc. All clearance sale items and accessories are a final sale.
DAMAGED ITEM: If your item is damaged upon receiving your package please send us an email as soon as you receive your package. All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email us with a photo attached. If you contact us after 7 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
RETURN YOUR ITEM – Please send your return to 79 North main street St. George Utah 84770 with your package slip and instructions if you need a refund or an exchange. Shipping is not refunded for returns.
SHIPPING: Your paid shipping goes directly to the post office never to us. We use a $7 flat rate priority mail shipping label- meaning fill it up as much as you’d like! after $7 we cover the rest
LOCAL PICK UP: We offer free in store local pickup for our St. George customers. It follow our online store policy and it is ready within the hour it is placed- usually sooner 🙂
LOST OR STOLEN: We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipments.
THE KIDS COLLECTION: Is an online exclusive that offers quality pieces and free shipping! because it is a special collection there will be no returns at this time. Everything will be a final sale. These pieces make wonderful gifts and keep sakes for years to come.
