Items have a 14 day return from the time your package arrives or is picked up!
The item must not be worn or damaged to be eligible for a return. It must have original tags and receipts. We do not replace worn items. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to an item once it has left our shop and has been worn, washed, etc. All clearance sale items and accessories are a final sale.
DAMAGED ITEM: If your item is damaged upon receiving your package please send us an email as soon as you receive your package. All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email us with a photo attached. If you contact us after 7 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
RETURN YOUR ITEM – Please get in contact with me for a return via email or Instagram!
SHIPPING: Your paid shipping goes directly to the post office never to us. We use a $7 flat rate priority mail shipping label- meaning fill it up as much as you’d like! after $7 we cover the rest
LOCAL PICK UP: We offer free local pick up! get in contact with me via email or Instagram to set up a pick up
LOST OR STOLEN: We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipments.
