When i became a mom i was in the thick of PPD and so badly needed to feel that what i was going through was normal and that i was going to be okay

being so tired it was mentally and emotionally hard to make decisions. i remember my eyes just burning and walking up and down the street to calm my fussy baby until my husband got home from work.
